We give small or first time retailers an opportunity to soar by providing a prime location within the shopping center without a long-term commitment or large investment. Our Short Term Leasing program offers the unique opportunity to lease an RMU, kiosk or in-line space. |

| RMU’s are an excellent way to receive maximum exposure for retail, services, or advertising. Base rent varies depending on location, length of lease and time of year. If you are interested in a holiday location, make your reservation early as space is available on a first come first serve basis. | |||
